Unlike many internet store retailers in today's world who do not own real businesses or staff their stores with real, knowledgable people (or even provide phone numbers) we strive to handle our customer service in a timely, personal manner. We believe it should be as easy as possible to contact us and get resolution on any issue you may encounter with your order. RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns that are new, in the same condition as when purchased up to 30 days from the date of receipt. All original packaging must be included. All returns will be charged a $10 restocking fee. Simms products will be subject to a 8% restocking fee calculated off of the retail price.
Sale items are NOT returnable and do not qualify for free shipping.
